This policy explains how Level 2 LLC-FZ ("we", "us") handles personal data on this website. We follow the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors from the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.

What we collect and why

• Server logs: your IP address, browser type, the pages you open and the time of access. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) processes this data to deliver the site securely. It is kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.
• Cookie choice: whether you accepted or declined non-essential cookies is stored in your browser (key "cjworld-consent"). It never leaves your device.
• Analytics and advertising data: only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. Until then no tracking tools are loaded.
• Email sign-up: if you enter your email on the site, we store it with the time of sign-up and send you the access link to the Lab plus occasional emails from Inside CJ's World. Sending is handled by Resend, Inc. (USA) as our processor under standard contractual clauses. Every email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to us to be removed.
• Email: if you write to us, we keep your message and address to answer you.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

After you accept cookies we use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland). The pixel runs in your browser and reports page views, sign-ups and button clicks to Meta. The Conversions API sends the same events from our server, so they still arrive when a browser blocks the pixel. For this we may transmit your IP address, browser information, the Meta cookies _fbp and _fbc, the click ID from an ad (fbclid) and, for a sign-up, your email address in hashed form. Each event carries an event ID so Meta counts it only once. Meta uses this data to measure our advertising and to build audiences, and may transfer it to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Telegram

The Inside CJ's World community runs on Telegram. When you tap a "Join" button, you leave this website and Telegram FZ-LLC processes your data under its own privacy policy. We see the name and username you use inside the group. You can leave the group at any time.

Who we share data with

Only service providers that we need to run the site and the community: our hosting provider, Telegram, our email provider and, after consent, analytics or advertising partners. Each acts under its own terms. We never sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. Write to office@lvl2partners.com . If you are in the EEA or the UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookie Settings

Essential cookies are required for the site to work and need no consent. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. Your choice is stored in your browser (key "cjworld-consent"). To change it, use the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of the main page, which opens the banner again, or clear your browser data.

After consent we load the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). It sets the cookies _fbp and, where present, _fbc, and sends page views and button clicks to Meta so we can measure and improve our advertising. Without your consent the pixel is not loaded. Details: Meta privacy policy .

The service

The Inside CJ's World community is a free educational community on Telegram. Access is free, needs no card and can be ended by you at any time by leaving the group. We may remove members who break the group rules or disrupt the community.

Age

You must be at least 18 years old to join.

Content and intellectual property

The checklist, briefings, recordings, templates and all other materials are our intellectual property. They are for your personal use. You may not copy, resell, record or redistribute them.

No advice

Everything we share is education and opinion. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice and not a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. We do not manage money, hold client funds or trade on your behalf. Decisions you make on your own account are yours alone.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Level 2 LLC-FZ and its owners are not liable for trading losses or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our content.
